Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return, email paulie@chairnewyork.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship your item back.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email paulie@chairnewyork.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll fix it ASAP.

Final Sale Items

Some limited-edition or discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
