Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email paulie@chairnewyork.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship your item back.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email paulie@chairnewyork.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll fix it ASAP.
Final Sale Items
Some limited-edition or discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
